BEWARE!!!! Not good Reported to bbb. If you order you will be charged before the trial period is over then they refuse to credit you even if They have there product back unharmed . 14days from the time you order not receive so if you do not want it call cancell and send back with in a day you receive... I am still trying to get a refund....
Horrible company, unclear billing policy, unclear return ploicy- bottom line is that getting through to someone to cancel takes an act of God. And by the time that happens, you've kissed hundreds of dollars goodbye. STAY AWAY

I received onlingo 1 some time ago and did not return it within 14 days and was subsequently charged for it on my charge card. I am returning the second installment which was recently sent to me. I would also like to return the first installment as well, and get my money refunded. I was never told what the onlingo 1 would cost, which is not fair prectice. I already already have a conventional Italian-english dictionary and an italian language book which I find adequate for my needs. I am familiar with Italian pronunciation and do not need recordings such as yours. May I return the first installment (unopened) for a refund? I do not honestly think your sending an offer without stating the price beforehand is a legitimate transaction. Thank you .

Onlingo gave me a chance to finish learning spanish which I began in high school.
I am going to Italy in the spring I wonder how much I could learn by then? Any one tried this besides raul?
