Established in 2002, Orlando Culinary Academy is one of the few Le Cordon Bleu accredited institutions in the United States. Originating in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu is an internationally known culinary arts curriculum that has established a world-wide reputation for producing the top culinary arts professionals.
As an accredited Le Cordon Bleu institution, Orlando Culinary Academy students receive instruction from the areas' top professional chef instructors in a state-of-the-art, 30,000 square feet facility. The Academy offers American technique and training combined with the traditional Le Cordon Bleu curriculum to provide students an intensive, hands-on experience. In small classroom settings, instructors prepare students for a successful career through the mastery of theoretical and technical culinary arts skills. The program also instills a greater understanding of history, science, culture and culinary arts. To help students practice the skills they learn in the classroom they have the opportunity to work at a student-run restaurant that is open to the public.
A Spanish-language curriculum is offered to help teach Spanish-speaking students the skills needed to be successful in the American hospitality industry.

The Academy offers on-campus admissions, academic and administrative offices.
