I agree with wynnosu and Katherina above. Now that it is becoming somewhat clear that Palin might decide to run for the presidency in 2012, the attacks and vilification from the left will intensify.

I am trying to find Palin’s university transcripts without success. If someone knows where I can find them, please post the info at this site.

Of course, we have never seen Obama’s have we ?

“Let’s see we could go with an Alaskan mom who barely graduated from college or a Columbia undergrad with a Harvard law degree…. Francher I bet you vote based on who you would like to have a beer with. Why can’t we for once have some one more intelligent then the average john. But hey people like Sarah because it shows that anyone can be President… kind of scary..”

Let’s see… Palin was the chief executive of a small town and the chief executive of a state. And she was on the ticket as a VP candidate. Barry has no executive experience at ANY level, private or public, yet HE is qualified to be president because he went to a better college than Palin. (He was a community organizer, though. WOW! REALLY impressive!)

Sure makes sense to me. Maybe also explains why he doesn’t have the first clue what he’s doing in the office. The least experienced president ever rendered (LEPER). That’s who we’re stuck with for another 3.5 years. Great choice, America!

I’m always amazed by people who claim to be experts re. Gov. Palin’s history but have never read her biography. Gov. Palin’s biography states that she attended four colleges: University of Hawaii in Hilo, Hawaii (on the Big Island), Hawaii Pacific University (on Oahu), North Idaho College in Coeur d’Alene, and the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. However, it seems she spent a short time at a college in Alaska while earning money to continue her education.

Palin rec’d a bachelors in journalism and a minor in poly sci in 1987.

Joe Biden is a well-known plagiarist, receiving an “F” in 1965 for a class at Syracuse University Law School because of this problem. In addition, when running as a presidential candidate in 1987, he plagiarized a speech by a British Labour party leader, prefacing the words as if they were his original thoughts. A Democrat opponent, Dukakis, and various well-known print and electronic media (including the NYT) called attention to this and it’s thought to have derailed his bid for the presidential ticket. He also used material by other well-known people without attribution.

Del…what you describe as the reason for supporting Palin is because she has the traits that qualify her for a good housewife and nothing more. Well, being a good housewife alone is not enough. There are many competent, qualified Republican women, who are not only good housewives, but who are bright, have broader experience, including in the international arena, that could have been selected. Take for example, Elizabeth Dole…oops excuse me, she doesn’t appear to be “hot” in the eyes of McCain, who like you and other sexist males, judged her on her looks. McCain did not even vet Palin’s educational background. This is the kind of judgment you could expect McCain to exercise if he were elected…and McCain was at the bottom of his naval class (893 out of 898) at the US Naval Academy. Yes he was good fighter, but not a good thinker or leader. We do not need another Bush.

It’s not even mentioned that two of the schools she attended in those five years were community colleges. Here first real job was as a sports anchor. How is this woman qualified? Biden got double major in 4 years, one in History and the other in Political Science. He then went on to Law School, where I’m sure the LSAT’s alone were rigorous to study for then all 5 years of Palins schooling.

    Is education everything?

I guess experience counts too. Biden has been a Senator for 35 years (Palin has only been alive for 44).

Is experience everything? I don’t know, some would say Obama doesn’t have enough. One thing I know for sure is that Palin neither has the experience nor the education to be VP or President (God forbid anything were to happen to McCain).

Ay! I come from the stolen country north of USA…another stolen country. I have been watching the debates from my house in the deep woods. I don’t see anything wrong with this Palin…she seems like the kind of leader that would have a beer with us average lumber jacks…not many Joe the Plumbers around here. I take my toque off to Palin…even though she never did any graduate or post-graduate studiies, even though it took her 5 years to get her BA, even though she keeps her kid up past 11 at night I give her my support and raise my glass of beer to her. Sarah is what we call in this country a real women who will keep you warm in the winter, chop the wood, and fix the deer stew…all the while carrying the baby.

  8. carmen says:

for sure this lady inhaled! why doesnt someone mention that – and uh how about the fact she carries her small child around like a corsage after the vp debate when the poor kid should be in bed asleep not under strong tv lights – hello child services.
she is s joke and makes women look bad

  9. Misty says:

You Pro-Palin-People need to keep in mind that if McCain dies this nitwit is going to be running our country! She does not have the formal education nor the life experience to be qualified to run the free world. She is a vindictive person who acts on impulse and emotion. Palin once got a librarian fired because the librarian would not sensor books. Palin obviously doesn’t even know the first amendment! And you support her???? Ludicrous.

Palin can see Alaska from her window 🙂

    Kat:
Sarah is fine? a great leader for the American people?
How can you possible support such lunacy? What is it? Do you like her eyes or something more profound? For myself, I find her ability to dodge any issue staggering. Yeah! That’s a quality I want in a President!
Are you truly blind as suggested or just stupid?
The woman is undeniably the least qualified for the Oval Office that we have ever seen.
And guess what…you know it too!
    Rick

  13. Kat says:

Sarah Palin is fine, and a great leader for Americans. Democrats are reaching for anything they are so desparate, the comments are getting petty now…sad. So what she took five years, she is a mother who lives her life as a public servant. More than most people would ever volunteer to do. Democrats talk the talk, and Ombama and his (where is his wife?) can not hold a candle to her or McCain.

  14. steve says:

Hey K. you’re the pathetic one. I guess you’re not getting the message. Brandi isn’t the one running for office. You must be a typical Republican that won’t discuss issues. It seems to me that no matter what is in this womans background, she’s wonderful in all Republicans eyes. You folks are blind. She has been a proven liar and no more ready to lead our nation than Tina Fey. She should stay in the woods.

  15. K. Francher says:

    Persued???!!!!! Try pursued.

Finally graduated??? What’s that about? Five years to get a B.A.? I guess that’s scandalous.

You’re pathetic. Try spell checker. It may not keep you from looking like an idiot, but it would help.
