		<description>These are great ideas for study breaks. There is nothing quite like the feeling of being neck deep in studies and your brain decides it&#039;s had enough. I know the feeling well! 
Taking time to get rest and relaxation is just as important as getting adequate study time in. 
Years of studying, and working with students in colleges has allowed me to see some of the most interesting ways to procrastinate, and I have to say these are great!
