As you prepare for back to school shopping, I wanted to showcase the latest trend for girls that’s really hit the high school and middle school scenes: The Androgynous style.
From Fedoras to oxfords, menswear has become a popular trend for females. If you think these masculine pieces may not flatter a woman’s figure, you are wrong.
A fitted blazer, collared shirt and cropped trousers can be not only a trendy outfit, but a complimenting and sexy one too. 
If you’re hesitant to try the masculine looks, add a feminine flower on a fedora or wear high-heel oxfords to give the look a girly touch.
Some accessories that you can add to your everyday outfits are an oversized watch, classic leather belt and a vintage briefcase. The best part about this trend is that you can be fully dressed in the look, or you can add some touches of it to compliment an already assembled outfit. 
Perfectly within most school’s strict wardrobe guidelines, this look works great for back to school. It doesn’t look too overdressed so your outfit is still comfortable for class, but it gives a professional appearance to communicate to your teachers that you are polished, polite and serious about your education.
