Most people associate going to college with gaining weight and getting out of shape: The Dreaded Freshman 15. You stay up all night, eating greasy fast food. You don’t go to the gym because you’re too busy studying. French fries taste better than carrots and nobody tells you to use moderation. The excuses are endless.
But, it doesn’t always have to be like that. In fact, some students actually become healthier when they go to college. Better gym facilities and healthier food options are usually available.
According to Men’s Fitness magazine, 25 universities in the U.S. are actually very fit and healthy. The top 10 are:

2. Colgate University (NY)
