Allen M. & Rosalind W. Humes Humanitarian Scholarship - Social Scholarships

Description
Annual award for Deep River, Connecticut and Winchester, New Hampshire residents who are graduating high school seniors that plan to pursue postsecondary education at an accredited college or university interested in pursuing a Humanitarian discipline, including but not restricted to Social Work, Nursing, Teaching, Medicine, Leadership in a Faith Community, Legal Aid; and membership in a faith community. Applicants should be students of average achievement who have demonstrated potential to succeed. High School guidance counselors will submit candidates' names to a special advisory committee. Due date, number of awards and award amount varies.
