Annual awards for Florida residents who are undergraduate or graduate students accepted to an accredited culinary school and are seeking careers in food service, and hospitality management. Students must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year culinary experience either as a student or employee. Awards will be given in each of the following programs: Culinary, Hospitality Management and Viticulture/Oenology. Selection is based on financial need and aptitude. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply. An essay must be included with application packet.
