Annual award for an Ohio resident who is a high school senior and current 4-H member that is planning to enroll in the fall at The Ohio State University main campus in Columbus with a major in the area of Agriculture or Natural Resources. Secondary eligibility will be given to seniors planning to attend the Agricultural Technical Institute (ATI) located in Wooster, Ohio. Preference will be given to applicants from Richland, Knox and Monroe counties. Selection will be based on: 10% for potential for success; 10% for financial need; 40% on 4-H leadership activities; 20% on major 4-H honors; 15% on 4-H community service/citizenship; 5% on personal 4-H story.
