Annual awards for Colorado Parks and Recreation Association(CPRA) Colorado Leisure and Aging Services Section (CLASS) Member to attend workshops, conferences or do professional research that will contribute to their professional growth, thereby strengthening the gerontology/senior recreation profession in Colorado. Student must provide statement of how they will benefit from attendance, letter of reference from employer, letter of reference from a peer, and resume. Applicant must currently be employed in a professional parks and recreation position in Colorado for at least one year. Number of awards varies.
