Clint & Donna Peoples Scholarship

Description
Annual award for a child or ward of a former sheriff or current sheriff serving the state of Texas who is pursuing a postsecondary degree in Law Enforcement or Police Science. Applicant must be less than 25 years of age, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, completed at least one semester of college, be enrolled full-time, and may not have been convicted of a crime that would make applicant ineligible in their field of study. Applications due March 1st for the spring semester and October 15th for the fall semester. Award is good for one semester and recipients may reapply for one additional semester. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
