Deer Valley Volunteer Services Scholarship - Health Scholarships

Description
Annual award for Arizona resident who plans to pursue a career in healthcare at a college or university in the state of Arizona. Student must have demonstrated scholastic ability, financial need, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicant must not have completed a baccalaureate degree prior to applying. Submit a personal cover letter, transcript from high school or college, official transcript (and five unofficial copies), two letters of reference from professional persons, and high school seniors only must submit a letter from guidance counselor confirming eligibility with application packet (submit originals plus five copies). Number of awards and award amount varies.
