Annual awards for Bexar County, Texas graduating high school seniors of Mexican descent who will be pursuing postsecondary studies at a Texas college upon graduation. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and have demonstrated financial need. Due date is the 2nd Friday in November. Non-renewable. A special application form is necessary. Contact students high school counselor or Foundation for more information and/or application.
