Kathern F. Gruber Scholarship Program - Visual Scholarships

Description
Annual awards for dependent children and spouses of blinded veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces that are legally blind (either service or non-service connected) but need not be members of the Blinded Veterans Association. Students must be undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at an accredited postsecondary institution. Students must be U.S. citizens. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply. An essay must be included with application packet.
