Description
Annual award for graduating high school seniors with sickle cell disease planning to attend an accredited postsecondary institution. Students must be a U.S. citizens/permanent residents, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate severity of academic challenges/obstacles posed by sickle cell disease, and leadership and community service. An essay and a physician's certification must be included with application packet. Renewable.
