Description
Annual awards for African-American undergraduate students enrolled at Iowa State University College of Agriculture. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, financial need, rank in the top 25% of the graduating class, bu U.S. citizens, and be graduates of the a U.S. high school. Preference given to students from the Chicago area who have an interest in Food and Agricultural Sciences. In addition, preference given to students from Proviso East Township, Proviso West Township, Downers Grove North, Downers Grove South, the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences, and the Lutheran Congregations of Career Development. Due date, number of awards and award amount may vary. A FAFSA must be submitted by February 14th.
