EMPLOYEE-RELATED award for an employee of the Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library who are continuing their education. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, have financial need, and been in good standing with a satisfactory performance for at least six months. An essay must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable.
