Lewis E. & Elizabeth W. Young Scholarships - Metallurgy Scholarships

Description
Annual awards for undergraduate students who graduated from a high school in Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or Virginia who are enrolled in a college/university in that area also and are pursuing studies in Mining, Metallurgy, Petroleum Engineering, or Materials Science. Selection is based on GPA (minimum 2.5), financial need, and character. Preference will be given to students attending Carnegie-Mellon University, Pennsylvania State University, University of Pittsburgh, Virginia Polytechnic Institute, or West Virginia University. Due date and number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
