Medical Student Scholarship - Allopathic Scholarships

Description
Annual awards for Illinois residents planning to attend medical school in the state of Illinois. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and have demonstrated financial need. Applicant must be enrolled at an approved allopathic or osteopathic medical school in Illinois. Award may include paid tuition, mandatory fees and a monthly stipend of $950 through the Medical student program. Recipient must agree to work in an identified physician-shortage area in Illinois for one year for each year of assistance. Number of awards and award amount varies.
