Description
Annual awards for residents of California who are members of the Luso-American Fraternal Federation and are graduating high school seniors with creative writing talent enrolling in a four-year college/university. Student must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, be under the age of 21, demonstrate high moral character, good citizenship, and dedication to American ideals. Award is based on promise of success in college, financial need, leadership qualities, vocational promise, and sincerity of purpose. Number of awards vary. Nonrenewable.
