Minorities & Women Education Scholarship

Description
Annual awards for minority students planning to major in Real Estate Appraisal, Land Economics, Real Estate or an allied field. Student must be a U.S. citizen, enrolled part- or full-time in real estate courses within a degree granting college/university or junior college. Awards based on academic excellence; must have minimum 2.5 GPA. Applicant must have demonstrated financial need. Submit official transcripts, 2 personal references, photograph, and a statement (under 1,000 words) regarding general activities, interests, employment & career goals with application packet. Number of awards varies.
