Description
Annual awards for African American residents of Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Washington, or Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania who are college freshmen attending an accredited college or technical school. Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and demonstrate financial need. A personal essay must be included with application packet.
