Rural Kentucky Medical Scholarship - Internal Scholarships

Description
Annual award for student currently enrolled in medical school in the state of Kentucky, in return for designated years of service following the completion of study. Grants are awarded to those who agree to practice primary care medicine in critically underserved counties of the state of Kentucky. Primary care medicine includes the areas of Family Practice, General Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Obstetrics/Gynecology. Grant amounts will vary depending on the years of service the physician has given to the county.
