Annual award for Mexican American, native Texans who are graduating high school seniors planning to attend full-time at the University of Texas-Austin majoring in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Students must demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, and have at least one parent that is also Mexican American and a native Texan. Renewable.
