Description
Annual award for students of Polish descent, who have resided in Onondaga County, New York for a minimum of two years and have been accepted for admission to any accredited college, university or trade school as a full-time student. Selection is based on scholastic aptitude, financial need, career aspirations, extra-curricular activities and participation in Polish Community activities.
