Annual awards for residents of specific Pennsylvania counties or graduates of specific high schools who will be/are full-time undergraduate students attending Cheyney University, Elizabethtown College, Kutztown University, Millersville University, Shippensburg University, or Westchester University. Selection criteria varies from college to college. Specific counties are: Adams, Berks, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, York. Specific high schools are: Boyertown High School, Shippensburg Area High School, Spring Ford High School and Williams Valley High School. Renewable.
