Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students

Description
Annual awards for disadvantaged undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution pursuing studies in Primary Care Health in the fields of Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, Dentistry, Optometry, Pharmacy, Podiatric Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Chiropractic, Allied Health, or Physician Assistant. Students must be U.S. citizens/Nationals/Permanent Residents attending school in the U.S. and sign and submit a contract. Awards are in the form of forgiveable loans; recipients must agree to provide one year of service in the HRSA of greatest need for each year of scholarship support received, with a minimum of two years and a maximum of four years. Due date, number of awards and award amount may vary.
