State Resident Scholarships

Description
Annual awards for Iowa residents who are graduating high school seniors attending an accredited postsecondary or approved program of study in the U.S.. Students must be citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. or one of its official territories. Applicants who demonstrate the highest level of talent will be selected. Acting category requires two solo pieces on videotape, Musical Theater category requires two or more solo pieces on videotape, and the Vocal category requires one or more entries in classical, jazz, popular or other categories on CD, videotape, or audiotape. One winner per category. Applicants may enter multiple divison categories, a $15 entry fee is required, $10 for each additional category entry. A $10 fee waiver is available. Audition audio/video tapes and entry fees must be included with application packet.
