Description
Annual awards for Richland County, Ohio residents, who are planning to pursue a career in the Health Care Field. Preference will be given to graduates of Clear Fork Schools. Applicants must have demonstrated financial need and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Award recipients must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA for reconsideration. Submit academic transcript, a copy of the Student Aid Report, and FAFSA with application packet. Award paid directly to school. Number of awards and award amount varies.
