Tri-State Association Scholarship - District Scholarships

Description
Annual awards for District of Columbia residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at the University of the District of Columbia. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference given to relatives of Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World (I.B.P.O.E.W.) members. Number of awards and award amount may vary. An essay must be included with application packet.
