Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 172 Scholarship

Description
Annual awards for Allegany or Garrett County, Maryland, and Mineral or Hampshire County, West Virginia, and Bedford or Somerset County, Pennsylvania residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at Allegany College of Maryland. Students must have a minimum 2.0 GPA, be U.S. citizens/permanent residents, be high school graduates or GED recipients, and be Vietnam era veterans (January 1, 1959 to May 7, 1975), their spouses, children, grandchildren, or descendants. Number of awards may vary. A DD-214 document must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
