Annual awards for graduating high school seniors or GED recipients who have been accepted to attend the Median School of Allied Health Careers. Student must plan to pursue a course of study offered by the school: Medical Assistant Administration, Orthotics or Prosthetics Technology, Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant, Veterinary Assistant, or Health Claims Examiner/Medical Biller. Student must take a competitive exam at the School which determines the award recipients. The awards are broken down into five $1,000 scholarships for commuter students, and two $2,000 awards for students residing in the dormitory.
