Annual awards for full-time undergraduate students at Frostburg State University who are dependents or descedants of members of Farrady Post 24 American Legion. Applicants must have a minimum 2.7 GPA and major in Accounting, Biology, Business Administration, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, Education, Environmental Analysis and Planning, Foreign Languages, General Science, Geography, History, International Studies, Law and Society, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science or Wildlife/Fisheries.
