Annual awards for Connecticut residents who are incoming freshmen enrolled at a postsecondary institution in Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island or Vermont. Students must be a U.S. citizens/permanent residents, rank in the top 20% of the graduating high school class, OR have a minimum 1800 SAT score. A FAFSA must be submitted by February 15th. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
