Annual awards for incoming freshmen and transfer students enrolling at Oregon State University who are entering the College of Agriculture and particpated in 4-H. Incoming freshmen must have graduated in the top 10% of graduating class and transfer students must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Award amount and number of awards may vary.
