Annual awards for residents of Lincoln County and western Spokane County (west of Division Street, west of Highway 395/195) in Washington who plan to major in agriculture, business administration, or psychology or a field related to psychology. Selection is based on financial need, academic achievement, and good personal character. Special consideration given for direct kinship with people previously employed by Dale D. Wilson.
