Annual awards for female residents of Marin County, California who are enrolled in undergraduate studies or the fifth year of a Teaching Credential Training program in the field of Visual Arts (painting, mixed media, drawing/illustration, printmaking, sculpture/ceramics, graphic design, & photography). Preference given to applicants planning to be art teachers. Applicant must have been a resident of Marin County for at least 12 months prior to the grant period or if student is a dependent, parents must meet residency requirement. Students must also be a U.S. citizen/legal resident, have a minimum 2.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, be enrolled at least half-time at an accredited school in the U.S., and file a FAFSA. Renewable.
