Annual awards for graduate students attending Central Connecticut State University in Connecticut full- or part-time. An award is given to one student in each academic program. Departments may nominate the same student to be considered for the Outstanding Scholar Award. Students must have completed 15 credit hours at the graduate level, and must have at least one semester remaining. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA, and must have received no more than one B in their area of specialization. Candidates must submit letters of recommendation from the advisor and from an instructor at CCSU with whom the nominee has completed a graduate-level course. Number of awards and award amount varies.
