Annual award for Kentucky resident who is a sophomore entering their junior year at a college or university in Kentucky and is planning to major in broadcasting or telecommunications. Selection is not based on financial need, but in the case of equal merit-based qualifications, financial considerations would be the determining factor. Number of awards varies.
