Annual award for resident of Weld County, Colorado admitted as incoming freshman to Colorado State University's College of Agricultural Sciences. Student must rank in the upper 10% of graduating high school class and have a minimum 3.85 GPA. Admissions application to the College of Agricultural Sciences is reviewed for all scholarships.
