Homestead Capital Housing Scholarship

Annual awards for Oregon residents who are graduates from an Oregon high school and are college juniors or above enrolled in an Oregon or Washington college/university pursuing a degree in Accounting, Architecture, Community Development, Construction Management, Finance, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Structural Engineering. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen/eligible noncitizen, have a minimum 2.75 CGPA, file a FAFSA, and be a full-time student. In addition to application student must submit official transcripts, activities chart, an essay for the general application, and an additional essay about how students studies will contribute to affordable housing and community development. Award amount and number of awards vary. Recipients may reapply annually. Contact the Commission for more information and/or application.
