Annual award for Connecticut resident who is an undergraduate or graduate student that is a member of the Connecticut Library Association and is studying Librarian Science full-time. Applicant must demonstrate extraordinary personal courage in the defense of intellectual freedom or for the implementation of a successful and creative project developed to raise awareness of intellectual freedom issues.
