Description
Annual awards for Hispanic American, African American, Asian Pacific Islander American, or American Indian/Alaskan Native sophomores or seniors enrolled full-time at an accredited postsecondary institution. Students must be U.S. citizens/permanent residents and have a minimum 3.0 CGPA. Sophomores must be majoring in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, Accounting, Marketing, Global Procurement or Supply Chain Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Energy Management or Petroleum Land Management, Transportation & Logistics or Geotechnical Engineering. Seniors must be planning to earn a Masters degree in Geology or Geophysics. Selection is based on academic achievement, personal strengths, leadership, and financial need.
