Annual award for undergraduate students enrolled full-time at Oklahoma State University College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Department of Plant and Soil Sciences majoring in Plant and Soil Sciences. Due dates are February 1st for freshmen and January 15th for continuing/transfer students.
