Annual awards for graduating high school seniors attending an accredited postsecondary or approved program of study in the U.S.. Students must be citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. or one of its official territories. Three finalists in each division who demonstrate the highest level of talent will be selected and will be invited to perform live before a panel of expert judges. One winner will be selected in each of the three divisions-Acting, Musical Theater and Vocal. Three $4,000 prizes and six $500 second level prizes will be awarded. Acting category requires two solo pieces on videotape, Musical Theater category requires two or more solo pieces on videotape, and the Vocal category requires one or more entries in classical, jazz, popular or other categories on CD, videotape, or audiotape. Applicants may enter multiple division categories, a $40 entry fee is required, $30 for each additional category entry. A fee waiver is available to cover the first category only. Audition tapes and entry fees must be included with application packet.
