Employee-related awards for graduate students who are employed by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, pursuing a master's degree in a field of study relevant to the Boys and Girls Clubs mission (public administration, business administration, social work, etc.). Recipients must commit to a minimum of two years of full-time employment at a Boys and Girls Clubs of America after completion of the program. Number of awards vary.
