Annual awards for SEANC (State Employees Association of North Carolina) members, their spouses and their children to attend technical schools, community colleges, trade schools, junior colleges or four-year universities on a full-time basis. Awards are also available to SEANC members who work full-time and attend school part-time. Selection is based on demonstrated academic potential, financial need, school and community activities, character and motivation. A limited number of awards are given in the following three categories: 1) Based on financial need; 2) Based on merit; and 3) SEANC member only - not spouses or dependents. Send completed application to District Scholarship Chairman - check website for current list of Chairmen.
