Annual awards for graduate students who have applied and been accepted to a participating university (refer to website for a list of the eight participating universities). Applicants must work full-time and plan to enroll in part-time graduate studies for credit at the university for at least two semesters of the academic year. Candidate must have professional achievement, leadership potential, and financial need. Student must be a U.S. citizen and demonstrate an interest and strong ability for a career in Public Affairs, Government Relations or Lobbying.
