Annual awards for students enrolled in The School For Field Studies (Beverly, Massachusetts) interested in case studies at selected Centers of Study OR summer sessions such as Marine Parks Managaement, Sea Lion Conservation or Ecology of Killer Whales. Areas of disciplinary study students are selected from, but not limited to are: Ecology, Resource Management, Economics, Applied Anthropology and Political Science. The School has centers for Rainforest Studies (Australia), Marine Resource Studies (British West Indies), Coastal Studies (Vancouver Island's Pacific coast), Sustainable Development Studies (Costa Rica), Wildlife Management Studies (Kenya), and Wetland Studies (Magdalena Bay, Mexico). Student must be at least 16 years old, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and have financial need. Award may be a grant or loan, and is to be used for SFS programs only.
