Thumbs Up

I'm a student from Sri Lanka (Non US citizen) and planning to transfer to Univeristy of Central Florida for Fall 2009 as a Junior. I have not still applied for FAFSA or any scholarship. After earning over 50 college credits from Patten University, Oakland, California I have maintained a GPA over 3.5. Please educate me whether I can apply for this scholarship or what documents you need from me.

Thanks and regards,
